I don't upload much since I don't think I'm very talented and I'm embarrassed to show people my work. My real interest is in commissioning other artists to draw my favorite fictional characters. My current OTP is Trowa/Quatre (from Gundam Wing), so I will likely commission art of them sometime. I have previously commissioned art of various characters from Yu Yu Hakusho, as well as a pic of Dean/Castiel (from Supernatural).

While I was attempting to translate some of the dialogue from Yu Yu Hakusho Saisei into Japanese, these lines just didn't have the same affection and humor when translated literally:
Original English Dialogue
HIEI "Why do you always sound so happy to see me?"
KURAMA "Why shouldn't I be happy to see you? You're quite nice to look at."
But then I came up with this instead:

Volunteered at the Animal Shelter!

Today I went to a new animal shelter to volunteer. I donated one bag of dry cat food, one bag of dry kitten food, 17 cans of wet cat food, one 50-lb bag of cat litter, and an 8-ct package of paper towels. I focused on bringing in supplies for the cats because the shelter's website said that they were in need of cat-related items more than dog-related ones. I could see why; there were a LOT more cats at the shelter than there were dogs. Regardless, I walked/ran with two dogs and gave ten different cats a good pet-and-scratch session. I didn't even step in any poo! ...But as it turns out, one of the cats had diarrhea and got it on one of

A New Job, Hooray!

Today I went and interviewed with a very nice little family, and it seems I got the job! I was surprised by how much they seemed to like me, but I suspect this family is just very nice to everyone they meet. But anyway, I'm so excited! Starting Monday at 6:30 AM I will be helping out with a little boy named Gio. He's so adorable! He seemed a little grumpy at first because he woke up from his nap too early, but after he went back to sleep and woke up again he was very smiley! <3 I hope that I do a good job. I am happy but also nervous that I won't be good enough. I really want to do well.
